At Schulz Construction Inc. we have several ways that we can work together with you to design your dream:

• Bring your own design/designer/architect. We are happy to work with your preferred designer. Its important to us that you feel comfortable with your plan, and that includes the person that helped you along with it.
  
  
• In house design. We can design it with you. Using the latest in CADD and 3 D rendering software, we are able to work together with you to design your new home. Our professional designers can help as much or as little as you need. Whether you have a plan in mind, or don't know where to begin, we can help through every step along the way.
  
  
• Customizing and flexibility. Lets do it your way. We can customize a design team together with you. We recognize that you may have a relationship with someone you trust, that you would like to use as part of your team.
